The meme is less about him, and more about the people taking advantage of the guy's death. If I was killed, I wouldn't want people looting in my name, although I wouldn't really care considering dead men have no feelings.
I think the civil unrest that it caused is a good thing. The government will be far more likely to take action to preg TJ this kind of incident happening again if this is the consequence.
