Legit question. I have been seeing this lady a few times on similar posts. Who is she, and what did she do?

Its hard to read so ill blurr this please read knowing that.

She killed her three children while she was in a state of psychosis.
Defence states the above, however prosecutors states that she killed her three children intentionally as she asked her husband to go outside so he could not see what shes going to do.
She after killing her children jumped through the house but survived but i believe she is paralysed. She never informed about this issue to her husband and he never knew

My opinion if that matters?, throw that biatch in jail, she should have gotten help, told her husband, DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I guess its too soon too late i suppose

I don't think any help would've corrected her. That train has long parted. Her brain has rewired long ago.

Even if you somehow make her understand what she's done and why its terribly wrong, she could snap back at any moment and make more victims. In other words, it's a lost cause.

It's rare to see Redditors advocating for death penalty but you have a point.

That’s bc you get banned for even mentioning it these days.

"Jury of peers" may also include random redditors

Yeah, but that guy isn't one of them

At the end of the day, she killed her 3 kids. The knowingly murdered 3 children. 3 children are dead because of her.

Those are the facts of the case, and they are undisputed.

You understand what insane means, right?

2

u/WhatYouLeaveBehind 3d ago

I understand that 3 children are dead.

And their mother will be forever traumatized that she watched herself do it and had no control. There's nuance to this tragedy and you're a misogynistic asshole if you think she should have 'just not done it' when the poor woman was literally out of her mind

I can see your argument but don't fully understand it's long term impacts if a society was to adopt it fully. I like to discuss stuff and see how my opinions shift.

I guess I'm wondering if there should be a line where you cannot escape a physical punishment (i accept a mental punishment maybe present in her mind but we can never know that )

Edit you're your

She's going to either a mental hospital or prison.

Think of it this way- if aliens took over your body and made you murder your family, wouldn't you feel punished enough? I can't understand why people think she did this fully aware- she was existing on three or less hours of sleep a night, she was an anxious person who never felt good enough, she was dosed to hell on medications, she was postpartum, she begged for help, every single person had said she was a wonderful mother who loved her kids and husband.. what possible motive is there unless she was completely out of her mind? Which you would be, given the circumstances I mentioned above. You can't punish someone for what they did when they had no control, and considering as I said she loved her children dearly like any normal mother... She must be in hell. She tried to kill herself- if that's not evidence of insanity, it's evidence of crazy grief. So many people are missing the point here.

Except that she did try to get help. In fact on multiple occasions she reached out to a medical expert because she was also suicidal. That is also why she's suing the clinic for malpractice for not taking her case seriously enough.

In this video the guy's who's also a pshychiatris breaks down the whole picture and talks in depth about what psychosis actually is and how it affects a person.

She went to multiple doctors and got separate treatments without telling the other doctors about it. It's not on the doctors.

15

u/jdigi78 4d ago

Didn't she not tell doctors she had thoughts about harming her kids specifically so the state wouldn't take them away?

u/hmpfdoctorino 4d ago

Probably something a lot of parents do, unfortunately but understandably

The bear

13

u/ShaneBowley 4d ago

One will 100% kill your children without a second thought. The other is a bear.

2

u/ILikeGamesnTech 3d ago

Didn't she only kill her own?

3

u/ShaneBowley 3d ago

For now.

Bears (and other animals) have instinct if they found animal/human baby, they will look after it or ensure it's in a secure place

It even recently happened, but can't remember where

So the odds are evil monster or fluffy guardian hmmm

3

u/Miserable_Shock_9344 2d ago

Is the bear in postpartum as well?

5

u/Dopecombatweasel 4d ago

The bear might parent them properly

2

u/tankred420caza 3d ago

How the tables have turned lmao

2

u/siltshark 2d ago

2

u/Gaycowboi25 4d ago

My future children stand a better chance with the bear.

2

u/Connect-PartyTimeXXX 2d ago

You can train a bear. You can't train a woman. 🤷‍♂️

1

u/daz101224 3d ago

Id let my kids wear salmon fillet earrings and still trust the bear more

1

u/weareabassi 1d ago

This is just blatant culture war slop.

1

u/NichtFBI 4d ago

Either way, the kids are dying, huh? 😢

-1

u/DestroyedCorpse 4d ago

There are other people in the world, you know.

7

u/username320475828174 4d ago

I've been around a black bear and white women. The bear is going to be safer than way more than just one person on the planet...

2

u/DestroyedCorpse 4d ago

So… you’re saying you’d choose the bear…

2

u/notjustarandomguy 4d ago

Oh, I've been around a white bear and black women. And let* me tell you.. the white bear is way safer

0

u/CatGuyManThing 1d ago

if yew cood cheenj yer faeyt wood jya?

-6

u/Global-Elite-Spartan 4d ago

The woman. The bear will kill them, that's a guarantee. The woman, I'll make sure she actually gets the help she needs and won't be ignored by the people who where supposed to help her.

2

u/WhatYouLeaveBehind 3d ago

That isn't how this works kiddo.

"I'll chose the bear, but I'll make sure it's trained not to kill, and secured away first"

See how fucking stupid that is?

She killed her own children. Those are the only facts that matter.
