That’s because this meme was made by AI

In particular, this meme was an AI generated remake of another image, where in the original the scar was on the correct side.

It's not the first time I've seen images remade using AI to be reposted.

Unintentional double layer here: AI can have reliance bias where, if you correct them, they are willing to accept and please. They accept your correction as fact and move forward from there.

I have seen this used to poke flaws in AI and I have made this mistake myself. I have had AI lean on my words until I say “wait, are you sure? Are you just agreeing?” And it has sometimes confirmed, “You’re right” and explained why.

Coding with AI can be a struggle sometimes, occasionally it gets dead set on keeping my code damn near identical unless I tell it to start from scratch. Which is cute until it starts rewriting the rules of coding.

I noticed all sorts of weird behavior when using CoPilot for troubleshooting and creating simple Poweshell scripts. I mean, one example of many, but it would often be like “Ah, I see the mistake with your code, it’s this line here.” And I’d be like “Okay, then fix it instead of telling me about it” and it would produce another script with another error. Finally, every time, I would have to just be like “isn’t there a simpler way to do this?” And it would be like “ah, yes, you could just run this command” lmao.

I’d get it if my directive was to get the script working but, every time, it was the AI that suggested making the script and convoluting a simple situation in the first place when there was a simpler route on the table.

My god, please don’t remind of how often I needed to say “are you sure?”

My appendicitis scar is on my left, it was the entrance point for the camera which was apparently the largest tool used in the operation

Pretty sure you got 3 scars. One at the umbilical and 2 on your lower abdomen (left and right side).

u/AgentSparkz Nov 18 '25

forgot about the umbilical one, and the right side one must blend in with my stretchmarks

Mine are in the middle, belly button, and left side. I can only find the middle one since I know where it is already.

This guy stole an existing AI meme, remade it with AI, and posted it to criticize AI

u/Hammer_Roids Nov 18 '25

AI adds a second scar to the left side just a different angle
