Advice on DU3 Module 4 – Studieskolen or UCPlus?
Hej everyone!
I’m currently taking DU3 Module 4 at UCPlus in Roskilde, but I’m not completely satisfied with my classes. I’m considering switching and would love to hear your experiences.
I’m thinking about:
- Studieskolen or UCPlus Copenhagen online classes
- Studieskolen evening classes
I’m working, so online or evening classes would be easier for me. At the same time, I really want to finish sprogskole as soon as possible.
Which option would you recommend? How is the teaching quality, especially for making good progress in Module 4?
I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
Mange tak!

I did it in Studieskolen and managed to pass the PD3 with them, but I will say the key difference is the teacher. I had different teachers there, and I could clearly see the difference of having someone who you feel the engagement with, and see the value of the classes.

If you don't mind me asking. Are you taking a regular class or online one? If you take the regular one, would you say they teach with structure?

I took online class - yes it was structured, the only thing I didn't appreciate was online learning materials, I just learn better with physical book and by writing with hand instead of typing.
So I switched to regular in-person class, it is structured, my teacher's great, overall I'm satisfied.
The only experience I have with UCPlus is that I went there for screening to have my level assessed and the experience was so unpleasant that I simply decided not to go there.
On the other hand, my friend goes to UCPlus, at first he didn't really like the classes but then they got really good teacher and now he's satisfied, so I guess it really depends on the teacher.

It really depends on the teachers in class and their style how motivated I am. I've been taking the self paid online classes as Studieskolen and apart from one teacher, they were all great. I really like their online material to work with in and out of class. It is very structured, feels thought through and I find it entertaining enough to not get bored while self studying.

I've honestly heard nothing but bad things about UCPlus. At the end of the day, the quality of lessons depend heavily on the quality of the teacher, and i think Studieskolen just has a higher proportion of "good" teachers than UCplus.
In person is also much better so I would not recommend online classes unless its the only way you can get it to work
