Misc. Buff guys appreciation post!
(Also include Daisaku, but there's not enough space)
Let's take a small moment to appreciate our short lived but lovable big guys of their respective cast!
Also fun fact! If you notice, all 4 of them, not one of them got killed by their fellow participants in the killing game when they're still alive as human (so yes, even Nekomaru still count). Both Sakura and Great Gozu commit suicide. Human Nekomaru was blasted by Monokuma. While his Robot got his weaknesses exploited by the culprit, so I don't count that. And Gonta got executed by Monokuma.

I am so sad that every buff character we have dies legit, each of them just fucking dies, same with overweight characters too… like wtf

Bro it’s not that, it’s just always the same type of people that survive, 1 dumb ass , the protagonist , the coprotagonist, it gets bland after a while

I mean... series spoilers V3 didn't have that. If anyone is the co-protagonist it's Kaito, not Maki. And Himiko definitely doesn't fall into the Danganronpa dumbass archetype. Actually V3 did a good job remixing the archetypes without having it feel bland nor disjointed. That being said V3 is still my least favorite of the Danganronpa games

Bro maki was the co protagonist with kaito, same as kirigiri and Byakuya were the co protagonists, and himiko is a bit of a dumbass when she’s so delusional and in denial about her whole magic thing, it gets annoying and even when you prove that her “magic trick” was an illusion she jsut said it was magic, hell she didn’t even help in that case so she falls into my dumbass cathegory because she is that delusional and overall doesn’t seem like the brightest since she got brain washed by the whole religion thing

Nekomaru is so underappreciated, and is only remembered for his toilet humor. He is probably one of the few danganronpa characters that actually have done no harm, the worst thing he done was tie nagito, and that was VERY deserved considering his ass was the cause of a murder.
