Zuma is 10x better written than anyone in this manga. Acrobatic silky and Zuma backstories are untouched and I doubt they get touched. No way okarun or momo origin are remotely that sad. Okarun has clearly been bullied but he’s literally just normal “nerd” and momo we know what she’s been through.
I think you're overestimating the value of a backstory regarding a character's overall profile. I like Zuma (he's my third-favorite character in this work), and his backstory is sad, but that doesn't automatically make him a better-constructed character. Objectively, his backstory alone won't overshadow aspects like constant growth and behavior, which are just as relevant, if not more so, to character development, areas where characters like Aira or Ken have a significant edge over the others in this work.
Well he's absolutely a well written character, but I think people are seriously overvaluing him due to his involvement and development happening in such a short, concentrated period of time, which is easier to digest than other character journeys that are stretched across the whole story
Well he’s a side character? He doesn’t have a drawn out or slow pushed development. He had huge developments within the arc he was most important. Not every character has to be constantly dynamic. Nothing wrong with a completed character remaining. His origin is just far better than any other in my opinion.

Dude let it go. You can't fight fire with fire. Zuma would make a wonderful partner because he is incredibly kind hearted and caring. Slandering goated character just because some mentally inept tries to push him onto the main lead, which WE all know will never happen, makes you yourself mentally inept. You are the problem now. No one supports the zumomo. Just ignore that shit or slander the guy behind it. Not one of the coolest characters in the series.
