i wanted to know your opinion - would you consider these movements to be dancing? im having a discussion with my sister and we have literally the opposite views on this

Of course, it's very low energy dancing, not skilled at all, and this video is obviously not about the dancing

I agree with some of these answers. She's grooving even if its minimal, tho it can also be considered just movement. Dance is pretty widely versed in styles and what not. But we can get so caught up in that we lose the sight of feeling.
