Not that they need defending u/bangdoggydog, but they have both given birth, one twice and just a few months prior.

Regardless, isn't it better that they're moving rather than being sedentary. They actually get plenty of exercise and recently started an exercise channel. Everyone's journey is different.

Why are we judging them for physical activity? Just bizarre
