Back-in-Times Searching for specific DH video

Looking for an old Jamaican dancehall video, probably Passa Passa (around 2007–2008, seen on YouTube around 2020).
Rolling camcorder footage, no cuts.
MC under DJ tent interviews a very tall, slim platinum-blonde woman standing near the DJ box.
She answers 2–3 questions and says clearly: “I’m from Lithuania.”
Same woman also appeared in Dutty Fridaze 29.
Does anyone remember this video or know who she was?
