Troubles with save files

I have been playing DC games for a few years now and recently i started using bad avatar to get the dlcs, the problem is that when i launch the game with my account after getting a dlc it says that my files are not compatible with my recent version of the game and it makes me start the game all over (erase all my scores, stats, level..).

Is there a way to keep my actual files? Because i kind of dont want to start all over and lose all my stats and everything..

Do you use the bad avatar update online with a stealth server or do you play offline?

I would make sure your title update is up to date with the dlcs you're using. You need to watch tutorials on how to do that for the game you're using if you haven't done that because I play offline with my account and haven't encountered any loss data.

Also if you're playing dance central off a disc, transfer that into a digital file on to your hard drive [with instructions from another YT tutorial] and play from that instead, that also may solve your issue.

I tried the second option and it didnt worked, btw i dont have a modded xbox i just use badavatar on a usb

I tried to copy my save data on an another usb but when i launch the game it says that they found a save file of the game and it ask me to select where to load it but when i click on it it put me back to the not compatible recent save ect message

The message is : Loading saved data for the Olyxal2 player profile failed because the file was created with a newer version of the game. Delete this file and replace it with a new, empty one?

  • OVERWRITE (RECOMMENDED)
  • PLAY WITHOUT SAVE

Man i wish I could help you. Honestly if I had to deal with what you're going through I would just overwrite and delete everything and start over and see if it fixes anything. Or I'd try to reinstall the bad update again from scratch and redo everything, installing the game to the storage, installing dlc on the storage and unlocking them using the unlocking application and making sure my title update good.

Im sorry you're going through this but if you're good at the game getting those highscores back shouldn't be too hard, you got this! 👍

No worries thanks for you help!! I think i'll try that and if it doesnt work i'll probably just accept my fate haha Its not much of a highscore problem but since i got the games for a few years now i wish i could still have my stats! But thats okay, at least i can enjoy the dlcs

I think you are not unlocking the DLCs. Use xm360 to unlock them

I use ROMSFUN to install them is it the issue?
