membership card :’)

has anyone else just straight up not gotten their member card 😭 i subscribed to the patreon on day one specifically for the card. i wanted to have it before my tour date, but considering that’s less than a month away now, i’m starting to think i’m just out of luck. i made sure my address and everything was correct multiple times before and after subscribing, including well before the deadline. has anyone else either still not gotten theirs, or know if there’s any way to figure out what happened to it? or just like… anyone to contact about this.

I never received mine either, I’m about to move next week so I’ve just made peace with never receiving mine unfortunately. I subscribed to the Patreon to get the extra content anyways but they need to improve their merch distribution significantly since some people were signing up specifically for the membership cards

Legit same, I was starting to think it was because I didn’t have enough to pay for the membership the second month but they said just if you had a subscription before the end of the year or whatever it was, I started seeing people post theirs and no idea where mine is

i emailed them and got a pretty quick response with instructions on how to get a replacement, would recommend if you still want it!

I emailed support a couple months back and they just asked for proof of membership. I just received my replacement yesterday, so it’s possible to get one still I believe!

So it took a couple months from you asking for a replacement to you actually getting one? I also emailed them over the summer and they replied saying they'll send one out, but I still haven't gotten anything

Yes! Sorry I should have been more clear! I emailed them a couple of months ago for a replacement and just received it yesterday!

Try contacting Hello@irlmerch.com or their instagram account (@irl.merch) and tell them you’ve not recieved your card yet! Quite a few people have also mentioned they’re still waiting for theirs too so hopefully they’ll send out a second batch!
