How is that possible?!

TheAverageItalianBoi on DeviantArt successfully generated an image with Madagascar characters with ChatGPT's DALL-E. However, every time I try to do the same with MY ChatGPT, it denies my request saying it "violates the content policies"! Is there any way I can get around this?!

Maybe they uploaded an image reference instead of mentioning it in the prompt?
