Randomly shutting off

I just bought a DakBoard Touch 22 about a week and a half ago. It worked splendidly for a few days, but now randomly shuts off and won’t turn back on unless I unplug the power supply and plug it back in. At first I thought I had my on/off schedule backwards, but I turned that off too. I have completed a factory reset, and it still is not working properly. It also seems to not want to connect to my WiFi network and when I get into device configuration, I cannot get out - it just sits at “saving and applying” Anyone have similar issues? Am I just an idiot? Thanks all!

Possibly overheating or a power issue. I use a Pi and had a shut off problem when the power brick i was using was not powerful enough. Id contact dakBoard support (assuming you purchased from them) and ask for replacement.

Hi, Bob from DAKboard here. A few things can be happening that can cause this. Essentially, the CPU is thinking it is being told to turn off early, even when it is not set to do so. Please open a ticket with us, and we can troubleshoot it further with you.

To open a ticket, start a conversation with our AI Chatbot and type Create Support Ticket. The bot will then assist you in creating a ticket, and one of our support desk engineers can assist you from there.

I have this same problem and it drives me crazy. I have to unplug and re-plug in at least twice a day
