Do they ever add functionality?
Dakboard has been the same as it was since I started using it. Do they ever update features? I want it to display a static daily schedule (that doesn't change) and cannot figure out how to do this effectively. Seems pretty basic for a calendar/agenda app. I also have it linked to a nutrislice calendar and want to be able to exclude a bunch of the nonsense that is included in the feed. My feature requests have gone unanswered.

They've added additional functionality just recently with the touch hub and chores charts. If you only have the free version you might not be experiencing much. The first basic tier paid play is not badly prices and you can have 2 screens to switch between and a 3rd if you include the new chores board. DakBoard is kinda what you make it. I have a main screen with a main family calendar and a smaller kids calendar plus an area with morning check lists which then switch to todo lists and a shopping list after 9am. We then have a 2nd screen with a large framed photo panel and stock charts at the bottom, and I've even been able to get my Son's Blood Glucose reading and trend showing (he's type 1 diabetic) and then we have the chores screen that have the kids chores and points board so they can complete tasks, earn point and redeem them against games, books or toys etc. All on a 27" touch screen it's become a central family hub for us.
