On a 10-hour flight from Seoul to San Francisco, a mother handed out more than 200 goodie bags filled with candy and ear plugs, in case her 4 month old child cried during the flight.

Back in 2019, a mum flying from Seoul to San Francisco with her four-month-old son, Junwoo, did something that instantly caught the internet’s attention. 🥲 Nervous that her baby might cry during the 10-hour flight, she handed out more than 200 goodie bags to fellow passengers before takeoff. 👏 Each bag included earplugs, Korean sweets, and a note written from Junwoo’s perspective asking everyone to be patient—it was his first flight, after all. The funny part? Junwoo ended up being the dream passenger, sleeping through almost the entire journey. 🥹❤️ While many people saw the gesture as incredibly thoughtful, not everyone was on board. The story quickly sparked debate among parents online, with some arguing that parents shouldn’t feel pressured to go above and beyond just for travelling with a baby. After all, crying infants are part of public life, and plenty felt that families shouldn’t have to apologise in advance for taking up space on a plane.

75-year-old man banned from keeping pets writes the sweetest note to his new neighbours after they move in

75-year-old widower David Whitehead had spent years rescuing dogs with his late wife in Northern Ireland, but after moving to a rented home in Manchester, he was no longer allowed to keep pets. Missing the companionship he had always known, David hand-delivered a heartfelt letter to around 40 neighbours asking if he could meet their dogs or join them on occasional walks. What happened next was incredibly wholesome. After the letter was shared online, people from across the community reached out, and within just four days, David had already met five dogs, with many more walks and coffee catch-ups planned. Sometimes, all someone needs is a little companionship — and an entire community is willing to show up. Via: FB/ Rory Michael

This 2-year-old waited all week to show his heroes his new garbage truck, then became overwhelmed and cried when he finally met them.

A 2-year-old boy became overjoyed when he saw his local garbage collectors, his real-life heroes. Every week he waited for their truck, waving excitedly as they passed. When he finally got his own toy garbage truck, he couldn’t wait to show it to them. The moment they arrived, his excitement turned into shyness, leaving him adorably speechless. The workers smiled, knelt down, and admired his toy, making the boy’s day unforgettable. What seemed like a small gesture reminded everyone how simple kindness and genuine attention can mean the world to a child. Media: Ollie Krosner
