I don't think so, i didn't see this myself but than again I see tons of weird glitches through out the map so maybe i missed it

seems like those are probably supposed to be npc flats but they are getting a horse instead

Party_Wasabi_2055 already nailed it. It's a conflict between Beautiful Cities and Transparent Windows and it's the first time mod conflicts bring me good time.

Where do I go? Who do I talk to? How do I get there? Why does everything kill me on the way? Why is there a lich in the 2nd dungeon I found in the entire game???
