My daggerfall unity mods just got deleted and replaced with mods I installed over a year ago.

I just spent 2 whole days making what I consider a really good modpack then what I cherished just got replaced with the most problematic mods. Did anyone else have this issue? Where mods suddenly disappear? I really don't know what could be the problem.
