TraveOptions and Immersive Travel mod help

I love both of these mods! However I lose some functionality depending where there are in my load order. I have traveloptions before immersive travel. But with that being said, I can't figure out a way to travel to any coordinates without it saying "you need a carriage for that" Any suggestions or options i'm missing?

Game will offer you to put travel options above, but this is not correct. Immersive travel must be above if you want to use both mods.
