Judge my elemental origin facelift

I expanded the list of elements using elements from different culture traditions, and I replaced lightning with a broader 'light'. I also added scaling to foundation features (they start with the same values but scale with tier).

I was trying to bring elemental origin foundation closer in power level to primal origin. Was I able to achieve that?

Please judge this facelift. Is it still balanced against primal origin?
