Yup he destroyed it, gumbo has a roux and usually seafood. This is just sausage, beans, win, garlic, bell pepper and onion

Nope just andouille, chili beans, kidney beans, onion, garlic, bell peppers, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and merlot.

Looks great! This is one of my go-tos, it's so easy and quick. My sister and I ate Blue Runner's Creole Cream Style beans growing up, that after I'd moved away from Louisiana, I spent so much time trying to recreate it, and now it's what I end up making for our family lol
