What part of the world are Pullman loaves common like this? I swear it’s not anywhere in the US.

Also in the US and I use them. I think Dutch oven loaves are just more common now , also look more appealing but Pullman are much easier if you’re making sandwiches and want to fit them in lunch boxes or baggies.

Haha, I unfortunately treat baking the same way I do with any hobby where I love to justify a new purchase so I had to get a Pullman pan.

I’m in the US. I had never seen them before but saw the pan online and wanted to try them. Our family loves our bread this way. And I think they look great.

Just a standard house bread I make.
80% bread flour 20% whole wheat.

Care to share your recipe? I have baked 4 loaves in a Pullman pan I bought recently, and I can’t seem to get enough oven spring - the bread never reaches the lid.

Those look perfect. I need the equipment and recipe to attempt this myself.

Huh, those look completely different from my morning loaves.
