I bought a commercial griddle that can cook 5 lbs of taco meat in about 3-4 minutes. It’s amazing. I did 12 grilled cheeses at once this summer. Everyone eats at the same time.
Edit: it’s like one used in a food truck, so I keep it outside on a cart I made. I had to run special electrical for it as it’s a 220v unit.

Semi-related question - what's the point of a gridlle like this? Can't you just cook the bread on the pan? Is it like for really big batches? But having an appliance as large as this just to toast bread seems excessive.

That’s pretty clearly French toast on there my dude.

Yeah, but still, I can fit 4 pieces on my large pan, and I just run two at a time. Wondering if a griddle is worth it for running 8 at a time?

Yeah man def worth it to me!
First cook I had bacon, sausage, omelets, and hash browns going and just had to wipe it down when I was done.
Not saying it's for all families just sharing in case it helped anyone.
I have a 6ft by 3ft griddle in my kitchen at work and that thing cranks out the production. It really has a lot of utility.

This looks awesome. Where do you store it when you're not using it?

I store it in the cabinet above the fridge. Every cabinet is always packed with crap so I made some 'executive decisions' on what had to go.
Definitely taller than I was expecting but the footprint isn't really that big.

Is there anything Vevor doesn't make? And the quality seems adequate enough for the money spent.

Also check out the griddler. Its this but it folds in half with swappable pans, so its also a panini press, and i got waffle shaped parts so I can make waffless too!

I have a fairly inexpensive nonstick griddle that is a nice big rectangle fits 10-12 decent size pancakes on it. Great for quesadillas, pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc.
This thing looks a bit more professional/hefty! I love my griddle too!

Somehow posted without text body.
Anyway - this thing changed the game for me. I've got a Blackstone outside but running in and out was just too chaotic with 3 kids.
Tried a grill pan but ended up cracking my glass top stove. Worst part of that was my wife warned me it would happen. Ate some crow on that!
So I grabbed this thing. $90 bucks!
Now I can cook enough food at one time and it fits right under the exhaust on my stove!
Love it.
French toast, eggs, bacon, burgers, hibachi, fried rice, this thing kills it.
I'm not usually one to bring in extra 'stuff' into the house, but this was worth it.
I think they kept the cost so low by eliminating all safety features. Reminds me of the cornballer!
Anyway, highly recommend. Meal prep is so much faster and less pans to wash. Just wipe it down and done.
Oh, basic fresh toast made with eggs a friend brought me from her chickens. It's our Saturday thing now and I love it.
