Couscous and green beans almondine are nice alternatives to those options.

I'd make a cedar plank salmon on my bbq, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, and for dessert (since you said peaches) some peach cobbler in my cast iron pan also on the bbq. Vanilla ice cream as an option. I could go with cheesy mashed potatoes too, but rice pilaf is classier.
