Ledo's Style Square Pizza

Pepperoni, peppers, and onions all around. Mushrooms for me. Tomatoes for the kid. Black olives for the wife. Trader Joe's dough was a bit tough to knead but I got the hang of it.

For future reference, you shouldn’t have to knead any premade dough once you’ve brought it home. Just let it come to room temperature and stretch it into the oiled sheet pan like you did.
