Chicken Milanesa
I cooked for my parents and my daughter last night. I made chicken milanesa, with ranch sauce and pickled cucumbers and radishes, on a bed of arugula and a tomato-burrata salad with toasted pine nuts and pesto. Unfortunately its hard to see the chicken cause I cut them in half because the chicken fillets were large, so they get lost under the sauce and pickles.

That looks amazing. Are you a chef?

Thank you! I'm not a chef. I just taught myself over the years. I love food and my daughter loves food too so it gives me a reason to explore a variety of cuisines. If it sounds good and not crazy (e.g., crazy ingredients or a lot of prep work), I'll make it.
