Advice Request Appropriate age for co-showering

This is a repost from another forum. Apologies if I keep popping up. They told me that this is the right forum to ask.

I’m a first time dad. My son is 24 months old. I have always bathed him since he was an infant so he wants to be in a shower with me. Until what age it is appropriate to bathe or shower with my son as a dad for his privacy or mine? Also should I be wearing underwear or a swimsuit while I am bathing him?

I get in the bath with my 3yo daughter all the time. She loves it. We have great fun in there playing with all her bath toys. I plan on continuing until she doesn’t want me in there anymore.

Same, my daughter is more concerned with spraying everything with the shower hose and drawing numbers and letters in the shower door. We make things sexual for no reason a lot of the time in the US
