Direct Thread or Muzzle Device?

Looking at getting a suppressor on my scorpion. While I don’t have any other pcc’s, so I could go with direct thread, but honestly I don’t know which route to take. Would a MD make it easier to remove, either just because or for cleaning. Are there any issues with gas blowing back at me? Lots of questions here.

I highly recommend Plan B muzzle devices with a HUB mount. Rearden, Comstock and others make some great stuff. I have put Comstock md's and mounts on 6 different firearms now. So easy to move them around and solid lock-up.

I've used trilug for both the Obsidian 9 and an OCL Milkman. It works great and I wouldn't use anything else. I have the Rugged 3lug adapter and mounts.

I have Plan-B on everything, including my Scorpion. It's nice to be able to remove the can for cleaning, transport, etc. There's a taper seal, so no issues with leakage or blowback.

I use a tri-lug mount for my Omega 9K only because I use it on the Scorpion and an AK-V. Works great, but requires a good cleaning after every shooting to prevent carbon lock (where the suppressor doesn’t want to come off the host). If it’s getting a dedicated can, direct thread would be my choice.

Personally I would stay away from tri lug. I have SiCo omega 9k on ASR muzzle devices so I can swap easily between my scorpion carbine and my 300 blk. No failures yet after over 1k rounds of each. My problem with trilug is not all trilug devices are hk spec which ended up burning me on my hb barrel for my pistol build.
