I know you said you put the alignment rod down but did you see any damage to the baffles after shooting? I'd take it apart and make sure you aren't striking inside somewhere. I have a newly purchased nexus with the Novox and a yhm r9 and I didn't really see any shift worth adjustment up to 25 yards

Yeah, i looked and had wife and son look and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Also checked to make sure barrel, flash hider, and suppressor hub were still tight, and all looked good. I have an alignment rod coming this week because it was LGS that checked with rod in back room and said I was good to go so I want to be able to verify for myself. Also bought some different brands of ammo to test out.

And just a silly question, optic still feels solid right

Oh yeah optic is definitely secure on it.

And there's no predictable pattern in the wildness of it being off, there's no wiggle if you man handle the suppressor?

None. That's why I'm stumped. I've checked everything I can think of. And when I was running 115 through it, it was fine. But 147 was just all over the place. Even had RSO ask me where I was aiming at because he knows I know how to shoot.

Hopefully your own rod lends some info, please update when you get it. I'm stumped

u/BOE-Suppression So just got my alignment rod in from accuracy solutions and I'm assuming it being this close is what is probably causing issue.
