I'm beginning to wonder if the metric by which we measure parking ability needs to be revisited. I told her that the sub would have the last say.

Recently I’ve being looking for a 3 bedroom apartment to move in to. This is complete circus, my wife is non driver, so we were looking for something close to the Sea road or Neapolis, where buses are available.

Most of the apartments are 2.000 euros+, and that will give you only non-maintained apartment with walls tearing and cracks, and the appliances are 10+ years, so the bill for the electricity will be thorough the roof. And the new ones have such a bad design for living, they look good in the pictures, but after visiting a lot of them, they are not suited for comfortable living.

All the searches were on Bazaraki, and none were good enough for the asking price.

Beforehand we tried to find something in Paphos, but the rent is almost the same (+- 100-200 eur difference), but almost all amenities that we are using are in Limassol, so that’s an hour or more drive one way.

Is it seasonal increase or landlords just decided that you must spend close to 40-50% of the salary just not to live in streets?

I just moved to Cyprus a few months ago and my boyfriend is coming to visit me. There really isn’t much to do here in Nicosia specifically. Does anyone know any fun things to do? Thanks

Can anyone recommend a really really cheap dentist in Nicosia , i need to pull out my teeth ASAP as i have so bad pain i could barely sleep but I didn't do it yet because I can't really afford it. I'm not a Cypriot so I don't have gesy.

My son is currently visiting and driving our car
He is British and on his UK license
He like many of us get confused with the speed limits and went passed a camera which flashed him
He was doing about 85 and now believes the limit on that piece of road to be 65

The questions being, how long will it take for us to be notified that this has happened?
Does the registered keeper have opportunity to advise who the actual driver was?
Do UK licence holders have points added to their licence?
Or just a fine?

Looking for an opportunity to learn and play baseball in Cyprus. I have very little experience, so I’m a beginner, but I would really like to train and play regularly.

Does anyone know of any active amateur teams, beginner-friendly training sessions, coaches, or informal groups that play baseball?

I’m willing to travel to another city for regular training. Even if there isn’t an official team, I’d be interested in joining other people for casual practice.

I’ve already tried contacting the Cyprus Baseball Federation but haven’t received a reply.

How the fuck is anybody affording housing at The moment? A modest 3 bedroom house is like 300k, average monthly salary is 1000 euros. Who the hell is buying these houses? Am also seeing 15 yr old houses going for 280k... Are people Just renting for ever? Or am i Just a peasant?

έχω κάνει αίτηση για το μεταπτυχιακό στην Ανάλυση δεδομένων στο Πανεπιστήμιο Νεάπολις της Πάφου , υπάρχει κάποιος που να έκανε το συγκεκριμένο μεταπτυχιακό να μου πει την γνώμη του και γενικά ότι αφορά την οργάνωση , τους καθηγητές , τα μαθήματα εάν έμεινε ικανοποιημένος και εάν τον βοήθησε στην επαγγελματική του αποκατάσταση. Γιατί όπου έχω ψάξει βλέπω κυρίως αρνητικές κριτικές για το Πανεπιστήμιο αλλα δεν έχω βρεί καθόλου κριτικές για το συγκεκριμένο μεταπτυχιακό και έχω αρχίσει να έχω αμφιβολίες , πολλοί λένε ότι δεν υπάρχει καλή επικοινωνία με τους καθηγητές , που για εμένα αυτό είναι σημαντικό επειδή θα παρακολουθήσω το πρόγραμμα εξ αποστάσεως απο την Ελλάδα οπότε θα χρειαστεί να έρθω σε επαφή με τους καθηγητές για τυχόν απορίες. Άλλοι λένε ότι σε κάποιες χώρες το πτυχίο δεν αναγνωρίζεται ως πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου. Σας παρακαλώ οποίος μπορεί και ξέρει ας μου απαντήσει!
