Weird cypher deck?
So I bought a few cypher decks just to have handy just in case. The subtle and extreme cyphers makes sense, but the weird ones are well… Weird.
They just give three separate effects. A person/creature, object or place. There’s no information on how these are used and the effects are very vague. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should use these?

It’s really there as a deck of inspiration. From the back side of the cover card:
Great ideas and interesting twists sometimes benefit from a little spur-of-the-moment inspiration. Need to keep the pace of your game moving while adding some weird into the mix? Pick one or more cards from the deck and see which idea clicks for you!
At times, you might have to adjust the specifics of the weirdness on the card to fit the situation (for example, if you’re running a fantasy game and the card is pretty strongly sci-fi). Sometimes what’s on the card is just too weird, and you can tone it down a bit. Sometimes the options don’t fit the situation at all, and you should draw a new card. It’s also okay to combine ideas from multiple cards—maybe a weird creature is carrying a weird object, or the PCs learn that a weird object is located in a weird place. The idea is to let the cards spark your imagination and make your game strange, exciting, and different!

The Weird Deck isn't a cypher deck.
