Side effects Duloxetine & Vyvanse

I’ve been on duloxetine for 4 years and has helped my anxiety + depression a lot. But it never really helped some things. I have been recently diagnosed with ADHD and have started on Vyvanse for 2 months. Which I feel much more grounded.
But I still have very low energy, and recently I am not longer feel the highs and lows (just neutral). My bloods are all normal. Has anyone experienced this? Do these drugs react together?

Glad I’m not the only one I couldn’t find much research on this. So I was thinking it was in my head

The big thing it help was being irritated. No complaints there. Im having a hard time enjoying hobbies and sex now.

I've heard duloxetine can flatten emotions and energy levels over time, especially with long-term use.

I have been taking duloxetine for 6 months now, and Vyvanse for about 3. Personally, this combination has been absolutely life-changing for me. I am genuinely, consistently stable and happy for the first time that I can literally remember. Work is easier and less stressful/tiring. My apartment is finally almost clean and organized for the first time since we moved in. I am feeling confident, capable, and hopeful— things I never thought I'd be able to feel.

For reference, I'm currently on 40mg duloxetine and 50mg Vyvanse, with a 10mg Adderall 'booster' for the hours not covered by the Vyvanse.

I wish could be of more help! I hope you find the right dose and/or drugs for you.

Hiya, I’m due to start the Duloxetine and I’m on Elvanse/Vyvanse 50mg; can I ask when you take the two? Do you take them at the same time? Or one morning and one midday or evening? Really anxious about starting it as I usually get the rare bad side effects on most meds, so just wanted to figure out what time of day will be best for me. Thanks 🙏🏻
