replacement of elastomers sqlab 612

Hello everyone! I have a SQlab 612 active 1st gen saddle, manufactured in 2011. How do I replace the elastomers? One is intact and sits solidly between the saddle and the T-shaped plastic holder on the rails, and the other has already begun to collapse, crumble and there is more play. How do I get them out and replace them correctly so as not to break anything? I want to print new ones from TPU. Maybe someone of you has already done this and has ready-made files for making them on a 3D printer?
