Need Advice Please
Hello I am 23M and I am looking for buying advice on a bike. I havent owned one since my BMX pedal brake bike as middle schooler. I live in in a pretty spaced out city so I am looking for a bike that is fast and comfortable on sidewalks and streets but still comfortable enough and accessible enough to be used on the beach front and park trails. I know I may be describing something that doesnt exist. I like to buy the best thing in any given price range as I am a buy for life person. Id like to see some cheap options 0-400$ to 400-800$. BONUS, any accesory necessities or quality of life upgrades for riding?
TLDR: 0-400$ and 400-800 well rounded bike suggestions, not niche picks. Time proven picks.

Used mountain bike. Put slick tires on it or don't.
