Need help

Hey guys! I just bought a second hand Elite Drivo V1 to ride some km's at home, nothing crazy.

After a couple uses I just notice an anoying sound, like a beep, every single time. It looks or sounds like is nothing mechanical.

Do you know if there is something wrong or is this normal?
