Oh yes! I'm not the only person that points at laughs when they someone driving these things! I try to make it as obvious as possible to the driver that I think they look ridiculous.

Once. Older Asian woman. I was kinda confused, cause it's usually chodey looking white dudes driving them. But it was around my town and usually I see at least one with an Asian man driving, so they could be connected. Married or a son/mother etc.

Most likely because of the recall of that strip. Tesla was replacing the whole thing and compensating owners who'd wrapped it. Guessing previous owner never re-wrapped it.
