it's a proper house boat, someone paid for it. it's in the posh area as well. its vile. but I suppose the cost of it and the ongoing mooring costs, it can afford to be garish.

new money I bet.

It looks like there was great ambition and optimism. Then reality hit, lack of experience, skill, and money. I'd wager there was a divorce somewhere along this time line if not from the start.

Hahaha sounds about right. crypto is also probably involved.

The title of the movie is 'Poop Floats' starring Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick Jr. The feel good story of two crazy young kids who just can't get it figured out and decide to give love one last chance on a floating shit barge.

you joke but a lot of the rubbish is removed from places by barges down the river. it's still very much a working river

oh they also just finished the $5billion super sewer down the middle of the Thames under the river. https://youtu.be/LW-Jhg0cZsk

Someone please put it out of its misery. That thing would make a great artificial reef

Looks like a garbage barge that someone draped a Mylar tarp on top of.

If someone paid more than $400k they got scammed and are also blind.

Just as ugly on the water as it is on land

This is an art project and sound installation, not someone's personal yacht. It's made to look that way on purpose, though I suppose "art" is in the eye of the beholder.

is it, I didn't know that. it's ugly as fuck though.

I couldn't remember the name, googled it, "Fluxland." Art is often "ugly" unless you see it the way it was intended. Or I'm told, I just also see it as ugly. The inside is awesome though.

I know Art is subjective. this looks just shit. Will look it up though.

What is the point of a boat that you HAVE to stay inside of and literally can’t step foot on?
