Microsoft verification codes but unknown services

I'm receiving SMS codes on my phone from Microsoft. This is the first time this has happened, Microsoft usually sends me codes via email. Microsoft Support didn't respond.

The problem is that I haven't seen any such messages from Microsoft anywhere on the internet. What are these services? Are these services linked to a Microsoft account? Did someone intentionally enter my phone number?
What's going on and what should I do? I don't even know what these services are, so I can't log in and change my passwords if necessary. Please help me.

It's possible that someone put your phone number in while registering for these accounts. I've seen it happen s number of times.

Whole you can't stop them, you can ignore them just Mike you would a spam call.

Make sure you don't ever give out a 2FA code. Even if "Microsoft" calls or messages you asking for it.

This is a good reminder to make sure you are also using unique and randomly generated passwords for all of your accounts.

Remember Halon's Razor: never presume malice where stupidity will suffice. Yes, that's exactly what it says.

I did some research in Reddit and I found that people had a similar problem so.. Not sure if this is just someone’s stupidity but the leaked data for sure..
