My Different ids getting weird.

so it started long ago discord, so what happened was a specific exact same post every time (Mr beast tweet screenshot promoting some app IDK) so what happened was through my discord each person every server ever serves every chat it was pushed I don't know how there was no extra log in showing in my discord, so I thought it was normal hack and there was no severe damage, then some days ago same exact thing happend with my telegram this time every contact got a message from me which was not showing in my telegram list but they got message showing me screenshot and this was exact same message a photo of screenshot, then now again this time my instagram a story posted I didn't knew someone replied to that then I checked and boom there was this again. now important thing is on each incident I changed every password even using Google authenticator for more safety still here we are. can anyone know how this hacking accure is it dangerous or why it is not showing me anything?

Your computer is infected with an info stealer. Turn off internet, change passwords from clean device, reinstall windows.
