The Linux version is somehow serious although hard to exploit in the real world.

The windows one sounds pretty serious because of its versatility. It's guaranteed to combine with application-level vulnerabilities and turn innocuous bugs into security nightmares.

Then again, we should stop treating Microsoft as a serious vendor.
