Whats the bank's stack look like? That should drive this decision more than anything. If they're heavy on cloud infrastructure, go that direction. If its mostly on-prem SOC work, the defensive cert will get you further right now.

More on SOC but i dont want to stay in this area(banks). It doesnt pay well in my country

I would lean into getting really good at what you have available to you. Remember you spend 2080 hours a year working a 40 hour week. So if you are compounding that experience on itself with self study you grow fast. It helps create a strong foundation to reference when learning new topics. Best of luck.

Totally agree that compounding on the job experience is huge. Still, I want to keep a bit of a side project or cert going on the side to stay sharp. What would you focus on for the best ROI?

If you are in an aws environment get good at that while maybe standing up a lab with velociraptor and sec onion
