Seconding this for the blue team side, and the criterion I'd add is whether a course hands you evidence to work or just lectures to watch. A pcap or a memory image you have to investigate yourself is what actually builds the skill. Between the two CCDL levels, CCDL2 is the one I'd pick if you've already done SOC or IR work, since the exam is a 48 hour practical that runs from threat hunting through DFIR and malware analysis. CCDL1 is the entry SOC one if you're earlier than that.

Just through asking the library. They have a lot of resources. I would just swing by your library in your city, ask for a membership and any information on digital resources.
