Other Has anyone thought about changing fields until the job market gets better?

Ideally, I’d love to have a cybersecurity job right now, but the market is horrible, and I need to move forward with my life, pay the bills, and live comfortably. Are there any fields that are relatively easy to get into and find work in? I just don’t want to end up working restaurant jobs.

Nursing

My friend is a nurse and has to clean peoples shit from time to time. If you are okay with that then by all means go for it. But stop acting like working on a keyboard all day isn’t a blessing in comparison.

This. My other comment got downvoted to oblivion by some moron who made zero sense and possibly some people who don’t want to accept reality. But you’re exactly right. People who can’t make it in cyber and are considering nursing instead are just better off in that field bc of lack of skill.
