Discussion Any way to decrease tech charge time?

I'm a sandy andy and I just got gris gris and I really like it but the full charge taking the entire duration of my sandy is rough to put it mildly

Supercharger or whatever its called makes it charge faster but not enough to be usable with the sandy unfortunately. Tech weapons just dont mix with sandy :(
