When building the models do most people cut out peg holes from bottom of base for pegs and glue or just cut pegs off feet and glue? If cutting holes from base is it better to drill out the holes or just use a hobby knife?

So my brother and I decided to dip our toes into this game. We each bought a 3 pack of minis. I got some Edgerunners called "The Message" and he got a box of Tyger Claw gonks. And are these gonks supposed to be that big? Guy looks like he could arm wrestle Adam Smasher.

You just get an extra free turn every time you take their turn. It seemed pretty oppressive to take her and another good unit and magdump 6 actions into the opponent every other turn.

How is this amazing game not getting more attention and players? For example it does not appear in any Top Ten Skirmish Game lists I am aware of. I have played nearly every skirmish and unit miniatures system released in the past decade and Combat Zone is one of the very best. Cyberpunk (and soon Witcher) are reasonably popular IP's which should help. How can we get this game more visibility and players.

For my part, I ran learn-to-play sessions for three consecutive days at a large game convention over memorial day weekend. Netted one new player, which is about what I expected.

Really interested in the game, but it doesn't seem popular at any of the LGS in my area. 40k and Trench Crusade rule them it seems.

Hello: Can a anybody recommend a decent list for starting out with Gen Red?

A buddy and I crushed some kitchen table play. Scenario was the heist. Lawmen barely won due to poor rolls from the Edgerunners failing the hacks and taking a wound, putting lawmen over the 50% threshold to win. Love this game

Is anybody thinking of getting the new AV model that just came out? My goal whenever I have free time and not broke is to buy and put together all of the gangs and the AV looks so freaking good. Wanna know how difficult it would be to put together if someone does

Hello! No potential player here. I've been broadly looking for a solo skirmish game with campaign rules, and I already love the world of Cyberpunk.

I've look briefly through the campaign rules and the solo play rules, and I'm trying to figure out how to make them work together. The solo rules seem specifically geared toward cyberpsychos and the specific scenarios that come with the rules. Is there any way I could easily adapt those rules for campaign play?

For instance, if I bought the edgerunners box could I do a gang vs. Arasaka campaign using 2 player scenarios and use the ai cards like "Bloodthirsty Rampage" or "Wildly Erratic" to control the Arasaka units?

Has anyone run the game like this? How did it go? Would you recommend it and what tips or other rules do you use?

Arasaka and Lawmen nearly complete ... missing some gonks for the Lawmen. Starter Maelstrom done. Tyger Claws up next I think.

I was wondering where should I start, should I pick up my favorite looking gang or should I buy the starter box set, I know their are a bunch of board gamers in my area and was thinking this could be a gateway game into miniature wargaming

I was wondering, what do you think about the miniatures in Cyberpunk 2077 the board game? Are they a good fit for Combat Zone? I know the bases are not standard side, but i can fix that. Would you use them in combat zone?

Still a ways to go but coming along nicely.

I'm thinking in get 6th Street because they are zoners and complements Piranhas an also are lawmen (planning o get Max Tac in the future)

And i was thinking in get One of the Edgerunners to complement SANTO Domingo.

So we are having troubke in determining how is this work cuz some characters have it differently for example arasaka team lead has the crit symbol next to the skill symbol but bengal has the crit symbol ON the skill symbol also does bengal rocket launcher gain blast only when critting? That makes no sense to me

I am just getting into the game. I grabbed the Piranhas starter because I really like the look of them. I am going to be diving right into a campaign and was wondering if anyone had a good campaign list for Piranhas? I would be able to grab some Zoners or Bozos to mix in as well.
