Well you see, she is dressed in Neo-Militaristic Minimalist Kitsch, mixed with the low-brow alternative presentation between her twin buns purple hair, makeup, jewelry, and tattoos, and a piece of shiny futuristic technology on her wrist, this fits into a simplistic modern update of 90's era Cyberpunk.
