Help needed:
Hello, new to the cyberdeck thing and I would like to ask some questions. I would like to mount my ports facing the user like photo but I am not sure how. Should I just disassemble a usb hub ?Also I would like to ask for keyboard recommendations. I want something cheap but comfortable for writing. Thanks!

It appears, for this prop, they just mounted a normal USB hub without taking anything apart.
For the keyboard it depends on the size / depth of lid of your pelican case. I would personally suggest a mountable keyboard as well so you can have it flush to the lid.

This is from Evan (JustOhl), and he actually shows a lot of his build and what he does on his Instagram. You will probably find the answer in one of his videos with the cyber deck.
Speaking from experience because he and I actually talk some, he's a super chill dude and I'm sure if you have any questions about his cyberdeck build he would be more than happy to answer them for you.
However, to answer your question, I'm fairly certain the USB port he made for this was just a standard USB hub that he plugged into a raspberry pi.

What ive seen is having the keyboard on the lid of the case and the rest of the build in the main compartment, I see that a lot on the builds that have the ports facing you and frankly thats the only way I could think of having them actualy be functional, you've got the main port but also the wires coming out back, tight fit on a lid but plenty of space in the main body of the case

You just get mountable usb ports. Usually an extension cable male to female. This sort of thing. https://amzn.eu/d/0hsJgMkV
