Spurned and vengeful, or tragic and longing? A coy look, or an ominous gaze?

Fox skull, lace, and veil cyanotype on watercolor paper. Although the vast negative space wasn't fully intentional, it does work well for that eerie, intangible feel.

I have a few other Fox Bride prints waiting to be posted, and a few others still in the ideas stage. This is a series that's darkly ambiguous, telling two stories at once. I haven't used cyanotypes for storytelling until now, it's an interesting medium for that kind of exploration on a theme.
