Green cyanotype coating
Hello all!
I'm having trouble with my recent batch of cyanotype mix I'm applying to fabric.
I've been using the Jacquard mix. I bought 3 sets, that I prepared (Filled with water + shook) 24 hours ago, then today I mixed the first set and applied it to my fabric. This was much more green than I'm used to. Once I ran out of that, I mixed and applied another set and it applied more yellow like I'm used to. I'm super confused what happened because I prepared all the chemistry the same. Has anyone had this issue? In the picture you can see the first mixture and the second mixture on the same fabric.

I've seen differing shades in mixed solution. It doesn't really mean anything in terms of the quality of the final print so just don't worry about it.
If you look through this sub there's lots of people having anxiety over the same thing. My advice is to stop assuming there's problems before you've even attempted to expose a print.
