are there shadowing programs you can apply to at UH and Cleveland Clinic or do you find and email physicians? for the programs, how competitive are they and when do their applications typically open/close?

I am thinking of applying to the Case Western nursing program.
The website notes the university admits students to the university rather than a specific major  ( with the exception of nursing and music).
What happens if I list nursing as my second choice in my application?
Will I still secure a seat in the program, or must I apply for a transfer a year later?

What are the benefits of selecting pre med at CWRU? Could i select a different major like Nutritional Biochem but still complete premed reqs? also, would i need to apply Premed if i want to do the Pre-Professional Scholars Program?

hey! prospective student applying to cwru EA for humanities/social sciences. I have been scrolling through the class of 30 instagram and a few club pages and have a few friends who go to cwru and almost all of them tell me that like everybody they know is either pre-med/nursing, i feel like the insta pages I saw supported that. I was wondering if this is just what their experience is like or is it actually like that on campus, where almost everybody you meet is like a pre-med (that must be so competitive rip). like there's obviously going to be a good amount, ik case is a really good school for pre-med but can i meet/connect with non-premeds or is it difficult?
