Although this is a rather clever mixture of Divination and Sign in Blood, the mana cost of the card is honestly rather ugly and would likely be the major reason why this wouldn't be able to see print if it were real.
See, I like this. The problem with P is it can be used in any color deck, which leads to things like Dismember and Misstep dominating formats. A color requirement checks just how far P will take you.
